Patrick Swayze ocupa primele doua pozitii ale topului cu rolurile din filmele "Ghost" (1990) si respectiv "Dirty Dancing" (1987).

Top 5 este completat de filmele: "The Notebook", "Titanic" si "Pretty Woman". 

In top 10 al celor mai romantice filme din toate timpurile au mai intrat: "Love Actually", "Romeo & Juliet", "An Officer and A Gentleman", "Moulin Rouge" si "Amelie".
